Estimates

How a quote works

Izzo Network does not publish a price list. A managed plan, a camera install, and a cable cleanup are not the same number. The quote comes after we know the site. The shop is in Mays Landing. The phone is (609) 415-0011.

  1. Step 1

    You tell us the site

Name, phone, town, and what is broken or what you want built. The form on this page does that. A call to (609) 415-0011 does the same thing.

  2. Step 2

    We call back

Same day, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. We ask what the space is: a practice, a restaurant, a shore house, a rack nobody has labeled.

  3. Step 3

We look, if the job needs it

A password reset does not need a truck. Cabling, Wi-Fi that dies in the back room, and a camera plan do. We schedule that look. It is not a surprise invoice.

  4. Step 4

    You get a written estimate

The estimate lists the work, the parts, and whether a deposit is required before we order anything. You can change a line before you approve. We do not publish a dollar menu on the site.

  5. Step 5

    You approve, then we schedule

Approval turns the estimate into the job. Parts orders wait on the deposit when the estimate says so. The visit goes on the calendar after that, not before.

  6. Step 6

    The invoice matches the work

When the job is done, the invoice is the estimate plus anything you added in writing. If the wall is not what we were told, we stop and say so before we keep going.

How much does managed IT cost?

There is no monthly price on this site. A per-user number printed before anyone has seen the office is how national plans look cheap and then bill the visit separately. Essential and Pro are scopes: helpdesk, patching, monitoring, and, on Pro, a stronger firewall posture, MFA, backups you can restore, and a quarterly review.

The written number depends on how many computers, whether a firewall already exists, and how often someone has to be in the room. After-hours coverage is extra and only if the office asks for it. The estimate says the monthly care and the one-time work apart, so a recable is not hiding inside the plan.

What changes the number

How many rooms, how much cable is already in the wall, and whether we are working before the office opens. After-hours and weekend visits cost more. We say that on the estimate.

Parts we have to order — switches, access points, cameras, locks — are listed as parts. Labor is listed as labor. A deposit, when there is one, is only for those parts.

Packages on the site are scopes, not prices. Essential, Pro, and Shore still say “quoted after a review.” This page is that review.

Questions

Why is there no price on the site?
A cable run, a firewall, and a help-desk plan are not the same job. We quote after we know the office or the house. A number with no site visit is a guess.
Do I pay to get the estimate?
The written estimate is the quote. If we have to open walls, order a specialty part, or spend a full day on a survey, we say that before we schedule it.
Is there a deposit?
Jobs that need ordered parts usually take a deposit before we buy them. Labor-only visits are billed on the invoice. The estimate says which one it is.
How long is the estimate good?
We date it. Parts prices move. If the start date slips, we confirm the number before you approve.
