Managed IT Services for Small Offices in Atlantic County, NJ
Izzo Network provides managed IT for small offices in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The shop is in Mays Landing. One crew handles the helpdesk, patching, backups, firewall, Wi-Fi, phones, and Microsoft 365. We quote after we see the office. Call (609) 415-0011.
Who this is for
A 5- to 30-person office that does not have an IT department. The person who “knows computers” is also the office manager. Email, the shared drive, the phones, and the Wi-Fi are all their problem until something actually dies. A national contract does not fix a dead access point in Egg Harbor Township the same week.
We are not a fit for a hospital, a school district, or a company that already has a full-time IT staff and only wants a cheaper invoice. We are a fit when nobody owns the network and the office still has to open on Monday.
What the crew actually does
Helpdesk is a person at the shop, not a ticket number in another state. Password, printer, new hire, “the internet is down at the front desk.” Remote when it is a login. A truck when it is a switch, a firewall, or an access point.
Patching is the monthly work that keeps the PCs from becoming the reason a ransomware note shows up. Monitoring is the network and the devices we support, so a backup job that failed on Friday is not a surprise on Monday. The firewall is the office edge: staff traffic, guest traffic, and whatever should never meet.
Backups are only real if someone has restored them. Pro plans include that discipline. Essential includes the monitoring and the helpdesk. Neither plan is a blank check for a new server, a full recable, or a camera system. Those are separate estimates. The monthly plan is the ongoing care.
Wi-Fi, VoIP, and Microsoft 365 sit with the same people. A phone system that shares a closet with the guest Wi-Fi is a network problem, not a “call your phone vendor” problem. Mail, Teams, and OneDrive are the same story. If the office does not use them, they are not on the estimate.
Offices we already know
- Medical and dental practices. Front desk, operatories, and a waiting-room network that must stay apart, built to the HIPAA Security Rule. Details are on IT for medical and dental offices.
- Restaurants and retail. Staff Wi-Fi and guest Wi-Fi split, registers off the public network, work scheduled before open or after close.
- Professional offices. Law, accounting, insurance, and property managers who need one number when a PC or the firewall misbehaves.
- Multi-room offices that outgrew a single router and a coil of unlabeled cable in the closet.
Atlantic County, from one shop
The address on the plan is Mays Landing. The drive is the rest of the county. Mainland offices are a same-day trip. Atlantic City is the same crew, scheduled around open hours when the site is a restaurant or a retail floor.
Egg Harbor Township is not a different company. If an old listing still points at a generic locations page, the town page is Egg Harbor Township and the managed plan is this page. Shore houses are a different product. Those are the Shore package, not an office helpdesk.
Essential and Pro
Both are scopes. The price is written after a short review of the office. Nothing below is a monthly rate.
Most offices start here
Essential
Smaller South Jersey offices that need a named IT owner — not a ticket mill.
- Proactive monitoring on the network and devices we support
- Patching and baseline protection
- Remote helpdesk from the same Mays Landing team
- On-site when remote is not enough
Office plan
Pro
Offices that want security treated as part of the plan, not a scary add-on.
- Everything in Essential
- Stronger security posture on the firewall and endpoints
- MFA and email hygiene
- Backup discipline you can actually restore
- Quarterly business review (QBR)
All packages, including Shore for houses. How a quote works.
A local shop or a national plan
| Izzo Network | A national MSP | |
|---|---|---|
| Who answers | The Mays Landing shop | A queue that has not seen the closet |
| On-site | Same crew, Atlantic County | A dispatched tech, if the contract allows it |
| Price on the website | No. Written estimate after a look | Often a per-user rate before they know the site |
| Response slogan | Same-day callback in shop hours. A written time only on your plan | 15 or 30 minutes, printed before they know your office |
| If you leave | You keep the gear you paid for, plus the admin logins and notes | Often a fight over who owns the tenant and the firewall |
We will not match a 15-minute promise by typing it here. If an office needs a response time in the agreement, we write it on that plan after the review. Until then the rule is the shop hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, same-day callback. After hours, the next morning.
Work we can point at
A Linwood office with no IT owner: one number for helpdesk, patching, and the visit when a switch or a PC needs hands. An Atlantic City office where staff Wi-Fi and guest Wi-Fi had to be split. An Egg Harbor Township rack that was unlabeled until the drops were recabled and tagged. Those are the jobs. We do not invent a client count for this page.
What a month looks like
Someone at the shop can already see the firewall, the backup jobs, and the PCs on the plan. Patches go on a schedule, not the morning a staff member cannot open a file. A failed backup is a call, not a folder nobody opens until the drive dies. New-hire and leaver requests are the same thread as the rest of the office, so a laptop does not sit on a desk for a week waiting on a ticket from somewhere else.
Once a quarter on Pro, we sit down and say what changed: a switch that is full, a Wi-Fi corner that still drops, a Microsoft 365 license the office is paying for and not using. Essential does not include that review. It is still the same people when something breaks.
A recable, a new server, a camera system, or a phone cutover is not slipped into the monthly plan. Those get their own estimate. You approve that number before we order parts or put it on the calendar. The monthly plan stays the care. The project stays the project.
What we will not put on this page
No monthly dollar amount. No count of offices, because a number we have not published is not a sales claim. No 15-minute response. No HIPAA logo. If your office needs any of those in writing, they go on the estimate or the agreement after we have seen the site, not in a paragraph written for a search result.
Founded in 2017. The shop line is (609) 415-0011. The form on this page asks for a name, a phone, a town, and a note. We call back from Mays Landing.
Standards we build to
HIPAA, PCI, and NIST are the rules the office has to meet. We set up the network and the backups to those rules. We are not the auditor who stamps a certificate.
- HIPAAMedical and dental offices
The Security Rule work for a small practice: the waiting-room Wi-Fi stays off the charting PCs, each person has their own login, mail uses MFA, and a backup has been restored once. A business associate agreement is written when the practice needs one. There is no government HIPAA certificate for an IT shop, and we do not pretend to be the auditor.
- PCI DSSRestaurants and retail
Card data does not belong on the same network as the guest Wi-Fi or the office email. We split the register and the card machines onto their own segment. We are not a card-brand auditor. The network split is the part a local crew can actually do.
- NIST CSFAny office that wants a security review
A security review follows the Cybersecurity Framework: identify the gear, protect it, notice when something fails, respond, and recover. That is the checklist. It is not a plaque on the wall.
- Help desk and remote support
- Patching and monitoring
- Backup and security included
- On-site when you need a tech

Questions offices ask
- Do I get a dedicated person?
- You talk to the Mays Landing shop. The same crew that answers the phone does the remote work and the on-site visit. There is no call-center queue and no rotating stranger who has never seen the office.
- Can you co-manage with someone we already have?
- Yes. We can sit next to an in-house person, or take the network, computers, and backup if nobody owns them.
- Do you only cover Mays Landing?
- No. The shop is in Mays Landing. The managed plans cover Atlantic County: Egg Harbor Township, Galloway, Linwood, Northfield, Somers Point, Absecon, Pleasantville, Hammonton, and Atlantic City, plus the nearby shore towns when the office is there.
- What is on a managed plan?
- Helpdesk, patching, backup checks, the firewall, and a site visit when it is a switch, an access point, or a PC. Wi-Fi, VoIP, and Microsoft 365 are on the same crew. The plan is quoted after a short look at the office.
- What is the difference between Essential and Pro?
- Essential is monitoring, patching, remote helpdesk, and on-site when remote is not enough. Pro adds a stronger firewall and endpoint posture, MFA and email hygiene, backups you can restore, and a quarterly review. Neither one has a price on this site.
- How much does managed IT cost?
- We do not publish a monthly price. The number depends on how many PCs, whether a firewall already exists, and how often someone has to be in the office. You get a written estimate after a short review.
- What is your response time?
- We do not print a 15-minute or 30-minute promise. Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, we call back the same day. After hours, the next morning, unless your account already says otherwise. A response time in writing belongs on that office’s plan, after we have seen the site.
- Do you work after hours?
- The shop line is Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. After-hours coverage is something we put on the plan if the office needs it. It is not assumed, and it is not free.
- What happens if we leave?
- You keep the equipment you paid for. Microsoft 365, the firewall, and the Wi-Fi admin are yours. We hand over the logins and the network notes. We do not lock the office to us.
- Do you support medical and dental offices?
- Yes. The PCs, the network, and the backup are set up to the HIPAA Security Rule: staff and guest networks kept apart, unique logins, and a restore you have seen. A business associate agreement is on the estimate when the practice needs one. We are not a HIPAA auditor, and practice software stays with that vendor.
- Are VoIP and Microsoft 365 included?
- They are work we do, not a surprise line item with no scope. Phones, mail, Teams, and SharePoint are quoted with the plan when the office uses them. If you only need helpdesk and the firewall, that is what the estimate says.
- How do we start?
- Call (609) 415-0011 or send a name, phone, town, and a short note. We follow up from Mays Landing. Nothing is billed from the form.
A practice with a front desk and operatories is a different job. IT for medical and dental offices.
Want the Wi-Fi, switches, cameras, and doors on one system? UniFi installation for businesses.
