A NAS in the same closet as the server burns with the building. We send a copy off-site and prove we can get it back.
Microsoft 365 backup is separate — mail is not in your NAS. We quote both.

- Is this the same as OneDrive?
- No. OneDrive sync is not a versioned disaster backup. We will explain the difference once.
- Bandwidth?
- First seed can be slow. We plan it so the office internet still works.
