UniFi Installation for Businesses in South Jersey

Wi-Fi, switches, the gateway, the rack, cameras, and the doors. One UniFi system, one crew from Mays Landing.

Izzo Network installs and manages UniFi networks for small businesses in South Jersey. The shop is in Mays Landing, and the same crew covers Atlantic County and the Jersey Shore. We do the site walk (free), the design, the cable, the install, and the support after. Medical and dental offices, restaurants, retail, and small offices are the usual jobs. Chris Stefanov and the same crew have been doing this since 2017. We install every UniFi product line. We quote after we see the building. Call (609) 415-0011.

Who installs UniFi for businesses in South Jersey?

We do. Izzo Network is a local IT shop in Mays Landing, NJ. We put in UniFi for offices that do not have an IT department, and we stay on as the people you call afterward. You do not get a statewide dispatch or a crew driving down from North Jersey. You get the Mays Landing shop that answers (609) 415-0011.

We install every UniFi product line: access points, switches, gateways, cameras, door access, phones, displays, and building-to-building bridges. When UniFi is the right fit for the building, everything runs from one dashboard: the Wi-Fi, the switches, the gateway, the cameras, and the doors. If someone else installed your UniFi system, we can take it over.

What we install

UniFi Wi-Fi access points

Consumer mesh kits fall over in a full waiting room or a busy dining room. We mount commercial UniFi access points, run cable to them wherever we can, and tune them for the number of phones and laptops in the room, not just for signal bars. Staff, guest, and devices like card machines get their own networks. We install every kind of UniFi access point. Ceiling units go in offices and dining rooms. In-wall units go in exam rooms, hotel-style rooms, and back offices. Outdoor and mesh units cover patios, decks, lots, and spots where a cable cannot reach.

UniFi switching

PoE switches power the access points, cameras, door readers, and phones from the closet, sized so the next camera or the next desk has a port. We install UniFi Standard, Pro, and Enterprise switches. Where the building needs it, 10G uplinks and aggregation link the closets and the faster access points. Each kind of traffic gets its own VLAN, so the guest phone and the front-desk PC never share a network.

UniFi gateways and firewalls

The gateway is the edge of the office. We set the firewall rules, split staff, guest, and register traffic, and set up remote access for the people who need it. We install the whole UniFi gateway range, from a small Cloud Gateway for a single suite to the rack-mount Dream Machine and the larger gateways for busier sites. For offices with more than one location, or staff who work from home, we set up UniFi site-to-site VPN, remote-user VPN, and Teleport.

Racks and cabling

Most bad Wi-Fi starts in the closet. We pull and terminate Cat6 and Cat6a, put in patch panels, dress the rack, and label every drop, so the next person knows which cable goes to which ceiling. Old cable that nobody can trace gets cleaned up or replaced. Every drop is tested before we leave.

When the access point or camera is too far to wire, or the second building is across a lot, a UniFi building-to-building bridge carries the network over the air.

UniFi Protect cameras

Cameras plug into the same UniFi system and record to a recorder you own, on site. Lots, doors, and registers are the usual spots. The details are on our camera page, so we do not repeat them here.

UniFi Access door entry

Readers on the doors that matter, fobs or phone credentials for staff, schedules for when each door unlocks, and a log of who came in. It runs from the same dashboard as the cameras, so you can pull up the video next to the door event. We install UniFi Access readers, hubs, and intercoms. Mag locks and strikes depend on the door, so we look at it before we quote. Fire and egress codes always win, and we do not lock people in.

UniFi Talk and UniFi Connect

UniFi Talk puts the office phones on the same UniFi system as the network. Desk phones run off the same PoE switches, and calls get their own place on the network so they stay clear. UniFi Connect covers displays and other connected devices, managed from the same dashboard.

Remote monitoring and ongoing management

A UniFi install that nobody looks after turns into the same mess in two years. After the handoff, the same shop can stay on the system: a gateway, switch, or access point dropping offline, a camera that stopped recording, firmware waiting to go on. Updates go on a schedule, not the morning the front desk cannot get online.

When it needs hands, the same crew drives out from Mays Landing. Remote when it is a setting. A truck when it is a switch, an access point, or a cable.

The install is its own estimate. Ongoing care is quoted separately, and what it covers goes in writing on the estimate. Neither one has a price on this site.

Who owns it: the UniFi equipment you paid for is yours. If you leave, we hand over the admin logins and the network notes, the same promise as on our managed IT page.

Who it's for

Medical and dental offices

The waiting room, the front desk, and the operatories each get their own network. Guest Wi-Fi never sees the charting PCs. UniFi makes that split simple to keep in place, and we set it up following the HIPAA Security Rule. We are not an auditor, and your practice-software vendor stays the vendor.

Restaurants and guest Wi-Fi

Guest Wi-Fi, staff tablets, the POS, and the kitchen printers each on their own path, and access points that can handle a full Saturday night. Work is scheduled before open or after close when we can.

→ IT Support for Restaurants in Atlantic City · Restaurant Wi-Fi Installation · Staff and Guest Wi-Fi in Atlantic City

Retail

Registers and card machines go on a separate network from customer Wi-Fi, which is the network split PCI expects. Cameras on the floor and the back door run on the same system.

Small offices

A 5- to 30-person office that has outgrown one router and a pile of unlabeled cable in the closet. Law, accounting, insurance, and property managers. One number to call when the Wi-Fi or the firewall misbehaves.

We are not the right fit for a hospital, a school district, or a warehouse campus. We are a fit when nobody owns the network and the office still has to open on Monday.

How a job works

  1. Site walk. We come to the building and look at the rooms, the walls, the closet, the cable that is already there, and the internet coming in. We ask how many people and devices use the space at its busiest. The site walk is free.
  2. Design and estimate. You get a written estimate that covers the equipment and the work. You approve the number before we order parts.
  3. Install. Cable first, then the rack, the gateway, the switches, and the access points, plus cameras and doors if they are part of the job. For restaurants and retail we plan the work around service when we can.
  4. Handoff. We test every access point and every drop, then walk you through the UniFi app. You get the admin logins and the network notes. They are yours.
  5. Support. The same Mays Landing crew answers afterward: remote when it is a setting, on site when it is hardware. Ongoing monitoring and management are available as part of a plan.

Already have UniFi that someone else put in? We audit it, take it over, clean it up, and document it.

Questions

Who installs UniFi for businesses in South Jersey?
Izzo Network, a local IT shop in Mays Landing, NJ. Owner Chris Stefanov and the same crew install every UniFi product line (Wi-Fi, switches, gateways, cameras, door access, phones, and bridges) for small offices, medical and dental practices, restaurants, and retail across Atlantic County and the Jersey Shore. We have been doing it since 2017. Call (609) 415-0011.
How much does a UniFi install cost for a small office?
We do not publish a price. It depends on the size of the building, how many access points it needs, and whether new cable has to be pulled. The site walk is free. You get a written estimate after it, and you approve the number before we order anything.
Can you replace our current Wi-Fi and router with UniFi?
Usually, yes. If the cable already in the walls is good, we reuse it. Cheap mesh nodes and consumer routers usually get replaced. If the gear you have is still the right tool, we say so.
Someone else installed our UniFi. Can you take it over?
Yes. We audit the system first: the gateway rules, the networks, the switch ports, the access points, the firmware, and the cabling in the closet. Then we fix what is wrong, document it, and take over support. You do not have to start over.
Can UniFi keep our guest Wi-Fi away from our office computers and card machines?
Yes. That is one of the main reasons offices switch. Staff, guests, registers, and cameras each get their own network, so a patient or a customer on the Wi-Fi never touches the front-desk PC or the POS.
Do you support the UniFi network after it's installed?
Yes. The same Mays Landing crew answers afterward. Remote when it is a setting, on site when it is hardware. What ongoing care covers goes in writing on the estimate.
Can you add UniFi cameras and door access to our network?
Yes. UniFi Protect cameras and UniFi Access door readers run on the same system as the Wi-Fi, with recording kept on site. See UniFi Protect Installation and Access Control.
